Ingredients:
For marination
Chicken 1 kg
Yoghurt 1/4 cup
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Salt
Other ingredients
Ccardamoms -2
Cloves -3
Cinnamon -a small piece
Onion 1 chopped
Methi 1 bunch ( 1 1/2 cup)
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Fresh cream 1/2 cup

Preparation:
Pour oil n a hot pan.
Add whole spices ie. cardamoms, cloves and cinnamon to it. Saute for few seconds until it leaves aroma.
Add chopped onions and salt.Saute it well.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add chopped methi leaves & saute till raw smell disappears for about 2-3 minutes.
Now add chilli powder, coriander powder & garam masala to it and saute for 1 minute.
Add chicken & cook covered till done.
When it is cooked add cream to it.
Switch off the flame soon
dont allow cream to split
