Homemade flavored water with cucumber, lime, mint and ginger
Preparation
- Grind together coconut,ginger,green chillies and mustard seeds.
- Beat the curd well. Add the coconut mixture to this. Mix well.
- In a small pan heat oil and splutter the mustard seeds. Add red chillies and curry leaves to this.
- Add this seasoning to the curry.
- Serve with rice.
