Step 1: In a wok, heat oil. Then add cooked rice.
Step 2: Add bell pepper, ketchup and soy sauce.
Step 3: Mix until rice becomes yellowish-orange in color.
Step 4: Sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Serve hot.
Ketchup and soy sauce???better put annatto oil to make it yellowish, or much better turmeric powder gives more flavor in the rice

1/2 cup of ketchup and 1/2 cup of soy sauce is too much for 2 cups of rice.
