Ingredients:
350g minced lamb
3 green chillies - cut into 3 to 4 pieces.
1 (about 100g) tomato - sliced thinly
1 inch ginger - chopped
5 garlic - chopped
1 (about 100g) onion - chopped
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp chilly flakes (or as per taste)
3 sprigs curry leaves
4 tbsp oil
salt per taste
mint leaves for garnishing

Preparation:
When oil is heated, saute the ginger, garlic and onion to soften (about 2-3mins)
Add all the rest of the ingredients except for the mint leaves.
Keep stirring/frying to cook the minced lamb.
By now, all the ingredients would have blended and form a thick masala/gravy coating around the lamb.
Remove from heat and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
