Meatballs with raisin and white wine

Ingredients:

250 gr minced meat (beef and pork, add salt and pepper if needed)
1 glass of white wine
100 gr raisins
  Preparation:

poor the wine over the raisins and let them for about 30 min
make little balls of the meat (mix them together if it's not done yet)
bake them in a pan
add the raisins with the wine
let it cook, when the raisins are soft it's ready
