  • Use sesame oil, oyster sauce, white pepper to season the meat. Use light sauce to season the eggs. Ratio of eggs to water is 6:1.
  • Mix the seasoned mince meat into egg mixture, scoop out n place at bottom of steaming dish, then pour the egg mixture into the dish through a sieve/strainer.
  • This is a very simple dish, in fact, add whatever ingredients you like to this dish. The key success factor for this dish is the proportion of water and the duration of steam.
  • Depending on how big your dish is, a bowl around 15 cm diameter, 5cm depth, need to steam at least 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle some chopped spring onion on top when done.
