Ingredients:
300g mutton (with bones)
1tsp blended/grounded ginger
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all these ingredients and keep aside.
Other ingredients:
3 potatoes (cubed in chunks)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
1/2 tbsp dried rosemary
1tbsp crushed black pepper (or as your prefer)
1tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 litre water
2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation:
When oil is heated fry the garlic until golden brown and crispy. Remove and keep for garnishing later.
Into the same oil, fry the mutton for 5 mins. Add in water, potatoes and all the spices.
Let it simmer over low heat. Check to see whether the mutton and potatoes are cooked. Once this is done, off the heat.
Into a serving bow, add the needed amount of mee hoon and mutton soup on top. Garnish with the fried garlic, coriander and spring onions.
