Ingredients:
Mutton 250g
Oil 20ml
Onion 40g
Chilli powder 5g
Coriander powder 5g
Garam masala 2g
Coriander leaves 5g
Salt

Preparation:
Cut mutton into small pieces. Grind masala into a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion till it turns brown in colour. Add ground masala and cook till masala leaves the oil. Add tomatoes and cook for few minutes. Add mutton pieces and cook till it becomes tender. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot. This conventional dish is moderately spicy and goes well as a side dish for Indian breads.
