Ingredients:
~4 large chicken breasts
~1 small onion: chopped
~1 bowl full of frozen mixed veggies
~1 can cream of chicken soup
~sage, thyme, salt, pepper

Preparation:
Saute onions with some butter.
dump in veggies till tender
dump in cubed chicken along with pinches of the seasonings and cook till done on med. high heat
add the can of cream of chicken soup (or you can use turkey gravy, that's nice too)
take a ramekin and use it as a guide to cut a circle of Puff Pastry (I use a name brand because the store brands sometimes don't have enough butter and get dry)
Fill the ramekin with the filling and then fit the puff pastry circle on top
mash the sides and top of the ramekin so that the pastry seals, repeat with others
make an egg wash (an egg and some water) and brush the tops of the pies, sprinkle with salt and pepper
Bake at 425 degrees till the pastry puffs and turns golden brown!
