Nam yee chicken wings

Ingredients:

- 10 wings
- 2 cubes Nam Yee (Red Fermented Beancurd)
- Some Nam Yee liquid
  Preparation:

1. Wash wings

2. Crumble Namm Yee cubes over wings. Add some Nam Yee liquid if too dry.

3. Marinate overnight in the fridge.

4. Remove the chill off the meat before deepfrying them. Fry till golden and serve immediately.
