Ingredients:
2 rolls of yee mee noodles or any other type of noodles - blanched in hot water and next cold water for a couple of mins.
10 prawns - de-vein and leave the tail on
1 (about 30g) squid - sliced into rings
1 cup cabbage - shredded
6 garlic - chopped
Spring onion - shredded and for garnishing
Pickled green chillies (as needed and optional)
2 eggs - fried as sunny side up (or as you like)
3 tbsp of oil
brown sugar and salt as per taste
Sauces
1 1/2 tbsp Thai chilly sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup water

Preparation:
When oil is heated, fry the garlic, prawns and squid rings.
Once the prawns and squids are cooked. add all the sauces, salt, sugar and pour in water.
Simmer till a boiling point or until you get a thick sauce.
Place the noodles on a serving plate, sprinkle the cabbage over.
Place the egg at the edge of the plate.
Garnish with spring onion and add some pickled green chillies.
Serve immediately before the noodles absorbs the gravy and become mushy.
