PRE PREPARATION:
MAKE SEPRATE PASTE OF ONION, GINGER& GARLIC AND CASHEWNUTS.MAKE TOMATO INTO PUREE.SLIT GREENCHILLIES AND FINE CHOP CORIANDER LEAVES.CUT PANEER INTO CUBES AND DEEP IN OIL UNTILL GOLDEN BROWN AND REFRESH IN COLD WATER.BOIL GREEN PEAS AND REFRESH KEEP ASIDE
METHOD:
HEAT OIL IN A PAN, PUT GINGER GARLIC PASTE, SAUTE FOR 6 TO 7 MINUTES.
ADD TOMATO PUREE, CHILLI POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, GARAM MASALA SAUTE TILL THE OIL SEPRATES IN THE PAN
NOW ADD BEATEN CURD, SALT AND STIR WELL.ADD WATER IF REQUIRED
ADD FRIED PANEER CUBES, BOILED GREEN PEAS AND FRESH CREAM AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES.
GARNISH WITH SLIT GREEN CHILLY AND CORIANDER LEAVES.SERVE HOT
