  • 1. Cook the pasta accordingly to the package cooking directions. When cooked drain water and run pasta under tap water, so as to stop cooking, and to avoid the strands from sticking to each other.

    2. Prepare the sauce by sauteing chopped onion over low heat until they turn translucent and aromatic.

    3. Then add the ham, make sure the ham is thoroughly cooked.

    4. Add the cream slowly to the pan, stir. Then add half of the grated cheese, continue to stir. Season with black pepper and some salt.

    5. Remove from heat then in a serving dish place pasta, then pour over and mix the cream sauce. Top with the remaining cheese.

Very easy and tasty dish. I used mushroom cream and added mushrooms to the onion and the ham it tasted great. what cream did you use?
