Potato, pancetta and cheese gratin
Potato, cheese and pancetta, what a perfect combo ! Let's make a gratin with these ingredients !

- Peel and cut the potatoes into fine slices and cook them in salted boiling water during about 30 minutes. Drain and leave to cool down a bit.
- Cut the pancetta slices in 2. Spread the cream in the gratin dish.
- Put the potato slices vertically in the gratin dish. Then add a layer of pancetta, and a layer of potatoes again.
- Add a cheese slice and then a layer of potatoes and repeat the operation by filling all the gratin dish.
- Bake the gratin during 15 min at 390°F (200°C).
- There you are, your potato, pancetta and cheese gratin is ready !
