Ingredients:
200 g udon noodles
2 prawn tempura
1 hardboiled egg
400 ml hot water
2 tsp dashi granules
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs mirin
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Shichimi Togarashi (Japanese 7 spice powder) to taste.

Preparation:
* Cook udon noodles according to package instructions.
* In a separate bowl, add 1 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs mirin, 2 tsp dashi powder.
* When the udon is cooked, add it into the bowl with 400 ml hot water.
* Garnish with 1 boiled egg, 2 prawn tempura, green onions and Shichimi Togarashi.
