Ingredients:
3 cups cooked white rice
1/4 (abt 200g) pumpkin - remove skin and cubed
3 slices (abt 150g) chicken ham - sliced into long thin stripes
7 garlic - chopped
3-4 stalks of parley - pluck out the leaves
pepper and salt to taste
4 tbsp oil

Preparation:
When oil is heated, fry the garlic till it becomes light brown in color.
Add in the pumpkin and ham.
Continue to stir until the pumpkin is slightly mushy.
Add in the rice, pepper and salt to taste. Stir to combine all ingredients together for about 3-4 mins.
Off the heat and and add in the parsley. Give a good stir and its ready to be served.
