Ingredients:
1 whole red snapper
Beans, Cherry tomatoes
Seasoning
1 onion
1 shallot
4 cloves of garlic
4-5 red chili peppers
2 slices of ginger
1 tbsp of turmeric
1 tsp of cumin
1tsp of coriander
1 tsp of nutmeg
(make the seasoning into paste)
1 lemongrass
2 Bay leaves
1 cup of water
half cup of coconut milk
pinch of tamarind paste *option*
pinch of salt n sugar

Preparation:
Prepare the fish. Clean the scale, wash and cut into smaller pieces and marinate in lemon juice for about 15 min.
Cut the beans and cherry tomatoes.
Blend the seasonings all using food processor till they are turned into paste.
Prepare the skillet. Pour the vegetable oil to saute the paste. Once it's simmer, pour the water *1 cup of water or 1 1/2, wait till it's boiled. Put the fish. Lemongrass, bay leaves. Pinch of tamarind paste. Half cup of coconut milk. Sliced Beans. Cook till they are tender. Add slices of cherry tomatoes. Pinch of salt, little sugar. Taste it, add more if you like little bit sweet.
Serve with Jasmine rice
