Ingredients:
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp toasted pine nuts
1 jar grilled red pepper, pureed
Salt and pepper
4 salmon filets
1 tbsp butter

Preparation:
Cook the onion and garlic in the oil until soft. Puree the onion mixture, including the cooking oil with the pine nuts. Put the onion and pine nut mixture in a sauce pan with the pureed red peppers, salt and pepper, then cook for about 5 minutes. Keep warm.
Cook the salmon filets in the butter for about 6-8 minutes, turning 3 times. Serve with the warm red pepper sauce.
