Ingredients:
About 4 oz fillet of salmon
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup baby carrots
1/2 cup chick peas
1/4 cup edamane
2 tablespoons of peas
about 2 wedges of avocado
1 tablespoon of walnuts
1 teaspoon of worchestire sauce (optional)
2 tablespoons of honey-dijon walden farms NO CALORIE dressing!

Preparation:
1.) Place salmon and the salad ingredients in a frying pan. Drizzle the dressing over the salmon. Add the worchestire sauce over the spinach. All of the ingredients can fit into the pan at once. I separated the spinach from the vegetables though, so it would cook faster. Separate ingredients on what you prefer.
2.) Cook on low heat for about 3 minutes. ( I like my salmon pretty much raw...so cook it longer if you like it more well done.)
