- Combine the minced meat with salt, pepper, grated nutmeg and roll to make some balls.
- Heat the vegetable oil. Sauté the grind spice until fragrant. Add the meat balls and cook through over low heat.
- Add the sweet soy sauce and water, season well with salt, pepper and fresh grated nutmeg.
- Add sliced carrots and tomatoes, cook again until the sauce is thickened.
