Ingredients:
1 lb steak, cut into strips
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 green bell pepper, cut into strips
3 shallots, thinly sliced vertically
2 garlic cloves, slivered
1 1 inch piece of ginger, slivered
2 branches of celery, thinly sliced
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp mustard

Preparation:
Mix together the steak strips, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey and mustard. Allow to marinate for at least one hour.
Put the remaining vegetable oil in a wok and stir fry the shallots, garlic, ginger, celery and bell pepper for about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add the steak to the wok and stir fry on high for about 3 minutes. Return the vegetables to the wok and stir to heat. Serve with rice and pass the Sriracha sauce.
