Ingredients:
3 large potatoes (boiled with some salt till soft)
Mash the potatoes, mix in 2 tbsp margarine.
For the Minced Mutton:
150g minced mutton
1 white onion (sliced)
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp chilly flakes (or as needed)
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste.

Preparation:
When oil is heated, fry the onions and minced mutton while breaking the mutton into smaller pieces.
Cook for 3-4 Min's and then add in the bay leaves, chilly flakes, crushed black pepper and salt to taste.
Keep stirring and frying until the mutton becomes dry or until cooked.
Separate the mashed potatoes into 2 portions. Spread 1 portion into a baking pan/Pyrex. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
Spread the mutton on top (remove the bay leaves first).
Top with the other portion of potatoes and sprinkle the balance cheese on top.
Bake at 250c for 20-25 Min's or until you notice the brownish colour on top of the pie.
