Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound shrimp(shell on or off)
season to taste( the seasoning I used are in the video)
butter
olive oil
1 cup-white wine
1 to 2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup-corn starch
1/2 bag season blend
parsely, for garnish
roasted red peppers in a jar, for garnish

Preparation:
Scampi.....
1. In a pan, melt butter and oil, saute season blend just until tender.
2. Add shrimp cook just until they turned pink.
3. Add seasoning, wine, and broth continue cooking for 5 minutes.
4. Take some of the liquid from the pan, add corn starch stir to combine.
5. Add corn starch mixture back into pan cook until mixture is thickened
6. Serve over rice, toasted french bread, or both and ENJOY!!!
