Ingredients:
1 bangus(milkfish) cut to steaks
10 sigarilyas, cut
1 onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 cup chopped banana blossoms.
fish sauce and vinegar to taste

Preparation:
step 1
Boil chopped banana heart in water for 15 minutes. Cool and strain to remove water.
step 2
Place all the ingredients in a pot. Add enough water and boil until the kalamismis/sigarilyas is tender.
step 3
Add fish sauce and vinegar to taste.
step 4
Serve.
