Sophie's breakfast smoothie

Ingredients:

2 large bananas, peeled & cut into chunks
2 tablespoons of ginger syrup
4 heaped tablespoons of full oats
700 ml of unsweetened Kéfir, with minimum 1.5 % of fat
  Preparation:

1. Put everything together in a blender & blend until completely smooth.
Enjoy!

It really fills you up!
