Ingredients:
1 Whole Large Fresh Chicken
2 Cups of Breadcrumb
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Multipurpose Flour
1 tsp of Turmeric Powder
1 tsp. of Garam Masala
1 Stalk of Fresh Oregano
1 Stalk of Fresh Rosemary
1 Tsp. of Ground Pepper Corn
1 Tbsp. of Corn Powder
150ml of Cooking Oil
200gm of Fresh Broccoli
150gm Carrot
200gm of Potato American Rosette
4 Red Chillies
Salt To Taste

Preparation:
Preparation of Ingredients:
Cut the chicken into 8 portions deboning and skinning off.
Using a blender grind garam masala,turmeric, fresh oregano, rosemary, pepper corn, salt and 1 tbsp. of cooking oil.
In a bowl mix the chicken and all the blended ingredient, and lets it marinate for about 1 hour.
Cut all the vegetables into a chunky bit ie: broccoli, carrot, potatoes and red chili.
In a boiling water, add in a bit of salt, boil the potato first, until its tender and later just blanch all the other vegetable together.
Keep it aside as a accompaniments to the main dish.
On a flat surface spread out the bread crumb and beat the two eggs in a bowl with a bit of salt
By now the chicken should be ready, roughly roll the chicken dip it in the egg and roll it again onto the bread crumb piece by piece, covering the chicken and keep it aside.
How to cook;
In shallow frying pan,add in cooking oil and fry all the rolls chicken on a medium level heat. Keep aside fried chicken and put it on a kitchen paper towel to soak dry the oil.
Making the sauce:
Dissolve the corn flour in a cup of water, add in salt, 2 tsp. of bread crumb and 1 tbsp. of the remaining cooking oil from frying earlier.
In a medium heat frying pan , add in all the mix ingredient and bring it to boil while continue to stir until the mix thicken.
Now you may serve the southern roll chicken, with the vegetables together with the sauce.
You may decorate with fresh oregano and rosemary as shown in the pictures.
