Ingredients:
To Be Blended/Grounded:
40g almonds (with or without the skin)
1 medium size (abt 100g) tomato
1 (abt 70g) onion
1 inch ginger
5 cloves garlic
2 lemongrass
Other Ingredients
500g mutton - cut into bite sizes
1 tsp turmeric/kunyit powder
some spices - cinnamon, star anise and cloves
2 tbsp plain chilly powder (or as your preference)
2 sprigs curry leaves
5 dried red chillies - broken (optional)
4 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Preparation:
Mix the turmeric powder into the mutton pieces and keep aside.
Into the blended ingredients, mix the chilly powder.
When oil is heated, add the mixed blended ingredients and the spices.
Fry till the oil floats.
Goes in the curry leaves and dried red chillies. Stir together and add the mutton pieces. Pour about 1 cup water inside.
Cook until the mutton pieces becomes soft and tender as well as the gravy is almost dried. By now this dish is ready and done to be served.
