Ingredients:
3 cups cooked white rice
2 tbsp grounded/blended dried red chillies
2 small potatoes (diced and fried)
5 fish balls (sliced)
1/2 fish cake (abt 20gm - sliced)
1 medium size onion (sliced)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
3 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste

Preparation:
When oil is heated, saute the onions and garlic for about 2-3 min, after which add the chillies.
Keep frying until the oil floats. Add the fish balls and sliced fish cakes.
Now, put in the rice and salt to taste. Keep stirring to mix all ingredients together. Finally add the potatoes, give a good stir before removing from heat.
Can be served with a fried egg on top.
