Spicy yogurt mutton curry

Ingredients:2 (about 200g) potatoes - boiled, cubed and fried (with the skin on)
350g mutton - cut into bite sizes/medium size cubes
5 shallots - sliced
1 (about 100g) - sliced
1 bunch of coriander leaves - sliced
1/2 cup oil
salt to taste
For The Curry Paste
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp plain chilly powder
1 tbsp grounded/blended ginger
1/2 tbsp grounded/blended garlic
Preparation:Marinate the mutton with the curry paste ingredients and leave for at least 1 hour.
Once done, heat oil and when heated, saute the shallots to soften, then add spices, tomatoes and salt to taste..
Stir and fry for about 3-4 mins after which goes in the marinated mutton.
Pour in about 1/2 cup of water (more if you prefer the curry to be more diluted).
Mix one more time and let it simmer till the mutton pieces becomes soft and tender.
Finally add the fried potatoes and coriander leaves.
Give a good stir before removing from heat.

IK haave npt cooled this rec ipe yet but by the in gredients it seems to be a recipe that is relevantly cheep and nutricious.
