Ingredients:
1 medium piece (about 350g) cod fish
1 inch ginger - sliced
4 garlic - sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp ligh soya sauce
salt to taste
Spring onions for garnishing

Preparation:
Place the fish on a steaming tray, add ginger, garlic and salt to taste.
Steam until it becomes soft, tender and cooked.
Into the steamed fish, pour the soya sauce, olive and sesame oil.
Garnish with the spring onions before serving at once.
