Stuffed potatoes with cream cheese and salmon

An easy meal to make with potatoes :-)

Cook time1 hour
- Wrap the potatoes in aluminium foil individually. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F (180°C).
- Combine creamcheese, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Cut the smoked salmon into strips and add them to the previous mix.
- Cut the potatoes in halves and add the stuffing in the middle.
- There you are, your stuffed potatoes are ready!
