Tagliatelle cu sunca

Preluata de pe un forum sarbesc cu mentiunea ca am "umblat" putin la cantitati, reteta mi s-a parut tare interesanta datorita faptului ca avea menta ca ingrendient. Foarte reusita combinatia .
Ingrendiente:
400 g tagliatelle
1  morcov mic
200 g sunca
100 g mazare
3 linguri smantana
putina menta
4 linguri ulei
piper.
Pastele se fierb al dente. Pana se incalzeste apa si le punem la fiert ne ocupam de restul compozitiei. Sunca se taie felii si se prajeste intr-o tigaie antiaderenta.

Se scoate si se pastreaza la cald. Morcovul se taie fasii late,se caleste si apoi se adauga menta tocata ( eu am pus menta uscata).

Mazarea se caleste ( eu am avut la conserva , daca folositi congelata sa o fierbeti inainte) ,apoi se adauga smantana si 4 linguri de apa.

Se adauga si sunca si se amesteca usor. Se pune compozitia peste paste, apoi morcovii iar deasupra menta tocata.
