  • Two salmons terrine - Preparation step 1Cut the salmon in slices and blend it with the eggs + garlic + cream + chives until you have an uniform texture.
  • Two salmons terrine - Preparation step 2Cover the bottom of the mold with smoked salmon slices. Pour the batter on top of it. Cover with smoked salmon slices and repeat these steps.
  • Two salmons terrine - Preparation step 3Pour the rest of the batter on top and put the mold in a water bath. Cover the mold with aluminium foil and bake 50 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  • Two salmons terrine - Preparation step 4Remove the aluminium foil and bake 10 min at 350°F (180°C).
  • Two salmons terrine - Preparation step 5Unmold slowly and sprinkle with some fresh chives !
