Ingredients:
Basmati Rice / Sada Rice - 2 cups
Onion 1
Carrot - 2
Beans - 1 cup
Green Peas - 1/2 cup
Simpla Mirch / Dobli Mirchi 2 nos
Patta Gobi small piece
Spring onion leaves chopped
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Fresh ginger - 1/4" grated
Green Chilies 4
Cilantro/Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch
Garam Masala (Cloves, Cinnamon, Bay leaves, Elaichi)
Almonds 10 (optional)
Cashew nut - 10 (optional)
Salt - to taste
Oil
Note: Wash and cut all the vegetables lengthwise into 2" pieces (stick shape)

Preparation:
Cook the rice and spread it in a big plate for cooling so that each grain is separate.
Heat the heavy bottomed pan with oil or ghee & put the ginger garlic paste, bay leaves fry them for 2 mins. Now add onion & sauté them for few more minutes. Then add the vegetables one by one carrot, beans, patta gobi, simla mirch, spring onion & allow them to fry or sauté them nicely with oil. Dont add the water. The taste will differ. Vegetables should stir fry nicely with oil. Add the garam masala and stir fry till the raw smell leaves.
Add the above vegetable mixture to the rice by layering alternatively.
Garnish with roasted cashew nuts, almonds & mint leaves.
Serving: Serve this hot with Cucumber Raitha or Onion sprout raitha goes well with sauce.
