Venison with ricotta and peas

Ingredients:

frozen peas
fettuccine noodles
med Ricotta cheese
1 lb. Venison Italian sausage
1 garlic clove
  Preparation:

~Brown meat and cook noodles in SALTED water.
~To the meat, add the garlic, Ricotta, and about 1 cup+ off frozen peas.
~Get some of the starch water out of the noodles before draining them.
~Put noodles into the pot and mix. Add starch water to thin it out and mix better.
Throw it in a bowl with some Parm and you are set!
