Makizushi

Craving for some makizushi, so hubby bought one for me yesterday, for me not to get bored waiting for him, talking about overtime at work.... haven`t tried to make one, but will do soon, hopefully next week.. It just gave me an idea, we can try it tomorrow, if only time permits. Anyway, these Makizushi filling consists of ginger, egg, cucumber, a type of mushroom, and one I can`t determine. The pink at the bottom part is a pickled ginger which goes well with the maki or any type of sushi, not to mention eating it with hot green tea.
