Manathakkali vatral puli kumabu
manathakkali vatral kulambu green berries of manathakkali (berry of Black night shade leaves) - 100 gm tomatoes finely cut into small pieces - 1 cup garlic finely minced - 2 tea spoons shallots finely chopped - 1 cup gingilly oil - 50 ml salt to taste jaggery - 1 tea spoon sambar powder - 2-3 teaspoons To season fenugreek - 1/2 tea spoon mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon asafoetida - a pinch curry leaves, corriander leaves to garnish Method Heat oil in tava. Saute shallots, garlic well and add nicely cleaned green berries of manathakkali (Black night shade). Stir well till you feel it is half cooked. Now add tomatoes and salt. Stir well till it gets smashed. Now add sambar powder and stir well. Add little water and cook in low flame till oil separates. Season it with given ingredients. related searches : Manathakkali
