Martinis and Paninis

Beth’s Martinis and Paninis was the perfect way to spend a Friday night! It was a laid-back and relaxing girls’ night with lots of delicious food and yummy cocktails. Honestly, what more could you ask for?!?

The food spread at the get-together was im-press-ive! Beth totally went above and beyond! 

Obviously, the food tasted superb, but its presentation was equally wonderful. I LOVE the visual aesthetics of food almost as much as eating it!  

The martini spread was impressive, too!!! There were so many martini options to chose from! 

My drink of choice for the evening was a Flirtini, which Beth prepared ahead of time for her guests. My Flirtini was refreshing, sweet, and slightly bubbly. I could have easily drank 2 or 3 more, but I since I was driving home, I stuck to one. 

Oh, how I love paninis! Beth prepared so many different kinds– it was a tough decision which to try! 

After a little deliberation with myself, I finally decided on two panini flavors: 

They were both a-mazing! I especially loved the Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella on Focaccia Bread. All of the flavors blended incredibly well, and the focaccia bread was slightly seasoned, thick, and grilled to perfection. The Smoked Turkey and Brie panini has a wonderful, too. The sweet mango chutney went great with the apple slices and brie. So good! 

All in all, it was a wonderful evening! I had a great time! Thanks, BETH!!!
