Medai & Salad

By What I Had For Dinner Tonight (Visit website)

Medai & Salad

Medai is a soft rather delicately fleshed fish, so I baked it with some dill and lemon juice. On the left purple cauliflower and broccoli naughtily herb and spice crusted and fried, with baby kale pulled straight from the balcony garden and rinsed.

17 bean rice, coleslaw and potato salad fill the plate.

I was very full after eating all of this!
