Uck! I am so sad the weekend is almost over and I have to start thinking about the week. So, I just checked out my backup stash in the freezer and am coming up with a game plan for the week.

Mon~ Roasted Chix with Balsamic Tomatoes
Tues~ Lackey's Ragu~ AMAZING!!
Wed~ Dinner @ Church~ No Cooking!!
Thurs~ BUNCO!!! Mommy's Night Out!! Leftovers for the Boys!
Fri~ Pizza Night
