METHI ALOO GOBHI ROTI (Using Leftovers)

Methi aloo gobhi sabji ..... 1 bowl Wheat flour .............. 2-3 cups ( depending on the quantity of sabji) Oil .................. 2 tbsps. Ajwain ........... 1 tsp. Salt .......... to taste Coriander leaves .... handful ( chopped finely) Method: 1. Mix all the above ingredients and knead the dough adding enough water. You may also add curd if you like. 2. Make rotis and roast them applying a little ghee. 3. Serve hot with curd, pickle or chutney of your choice. (This is a nice way of using any left-over sabji) related searches : Methi
