Microwave Barbeque Dip & Tupperware AquaSafe Bottles

BARBEQUE DIP

Recipe & Photo Credit - Tupperware , India

Ingredients

25 g onions , chopped
30 ml water
5 g cooking oil
10 g sugar
30 ml tomato ketchup
Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
15 ml Worcestershire sauce
A pinch mustard powder
A pinch pepper powder
A pinch oregano
Salt to taste

Method

In a non stick pan , saute chopped onion in oil till golden brown.

Transfer the contents to Tupperware Crystal Wave Mug.

Add the remaining ingredients and microwave for 2 minutes.

Strain ( optional ) and serve with kebabs , cutlets and chips etc.
