Mince Pork 6.0 ? Chilli Minced Pork with Silken Tofu

I found a small pack of mince pork in the fridge about 100g and a pack of silken soft tofu.  So I decide to make Chilli Minced Pork with Silkon Tofu (Mapo Tofu). I used to buy Lee Kum Kee package Mapo Tofu sauce, however after learning this recipe, I can make my own sauce now.
