Mix Veg Dosa Batter
Ingredients: Carrot - 1 no (grated and peeled) Potato - 1 no (peeled and cut) Beans - 2 nos (chopped) Spinach - 1 cup (chopped) Tomato - 1 no (chopped) Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Dosa Batter - 1 large bowl Garlic - 2 pods Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Salt to taste Method: 1) Pressure cook all the vegetables with salt, cumin seeds, garlic and turmeric until fully cooked. Keep aside. 2) Now drain the water and blend all the cooked vegetables(with little water) in a blender into a fine paste. Mix it with the dosa batter. 3) Heat tawa, spread oil, now pour the batter in form of round pancake and cook both sides till it becomes brown n crispy on both sides.
