Mooli ( Radish ) Salad & Cucumber Raita
Radish ( Mooli ) Salad Serves: 4 - 6 Ingredients 1 - 2 moolis ( radish ) 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves 2 green chillies, chopped Juice of 2 lemons Salt and pepper to taste Method Peel mooli, wash and dry and grate in the processor bowl. Squeeze to remove all liquid and place a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Keep for 3 - 4 minutes to blend the flavors. Serve as a side dish. Cucumber Raita Serves: 4 Ingredients 1/2 cucumber 300 ml plain yogurt Salt to taste 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves 2 green chillies, finely chopped Method Wash and dry cucumber. Grate in a processor bowl and squeeze to remove all liquid.
Place grated cucumber in a bowl and add yogurt, salt and all the other ingredients. Mix well and chill before serving. Serve as a side dish. related searches : Mooli
