My Absence!!

Boy, where has the time gone...and my blogging for that matter!! Well I was supposed to go to San Francisco for my 2nd wedding anniversary, I had the whole trip planned and Rene knew nothing of it, a complete surprise to him. But, my dog sitter was a "no call no show", and I had to cancel the trip...what a bummer, I know, I'm still a bit bitter about it, but I'm working on that!!

So instead since I had a week off I spent the days hangin' out with my husband, we stayed home for our anniversary, went the night before to dinner and to see "The Blind Side", what a GREAT movie, I LOVED every minute of it...if you haven't seen it, GO...NOW!!!

We, well I should say the parents and I (Rene didn't want to do any work on his vaca) got all the Christmas lights up at a family friends house, Norm goes ALL OUT for the holidays, I mean snow machines, lights "dance" to music, and this year he had an electrician come and install power so we wouldn't continuously blow breakers as we did last year!! So, here are some pictures of how it all turned out!!








Turn up your TV, the first 30 seconds or so you cant hear the music, then it gets turned up (but not by much) Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas" is the song that's playing!! (Don't mind the weird laughing it's not me...I swear I don't sound like that!!)
