My attempt at curing my hangover

By Newtritionista (Visit website)

Drank a bit too much last night. So for breakfast I knew I needed something with alot of antioxidants. What better than berries? I had 1 1/2 cups of Strawberry Light 'N Fit Yogurt, topped with some microwaved strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. Then I threw on some Fiber One for crunch and made the mistake of crumbling a blueberry Nutrigrain bar on top of it. The taste of it made me nauseous for some reason, so I ate around the pieces.

A few glasses of water later and I'm feeling good to go!

I'm heading to the Renaissance Festival! A little later than I had wanted to, but oh well. At least we're going.
