My favorite pinoy food

One of my favorite dish marinated yellow fin tuna and fried eggplant with rice  and vinaigrette. Vinaigrette is a French dressing that consists of oil, vinegar, garlic and mustard. This is the kind of food that they call "lutong bahay" simple food, easy to prepare yet savory.












 Chicken liver adobo is also one of my favorite dishes. It comes with sprouted mongo guisado. My appetite for rice has grown... kidding! hehehe
