I stumbled across Myong Dong Tofu Cabin in a non-descript shopping plaza near the 101 on ramps in San Mateo. The small dining area was crowded and that was enough motivation to make me try out the restaurant. And sure enough, the food is great and the side dishes were plentiful and delicious.
I ordered bibimbap which was mixed with a variety of seasoned veggies and mushrooms on top of rice. The waitress indicated that the dish was vegetarian and suggested I would enjoy an egg on top of the it. No complaints from me.
