Ingredients: 1 cup maida (all purpose flour) Salt to taste Fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) Red chili powder (Optional) 2-3 tablespoon Oil for making the dough Ample amount of Oil for deep frying Preparation Method: There are two ways of preparing it: For simple rectangular shape: Mix Maida, salt and 2-3 tablespoon of oil and knead it into a sturdy dough Now roll into a chapatti and cut it into rectangular shapes Deep fry and serve For Round or shape of your own with Kasuri Methi: Mix maida, salt, kasuri methi and 2-3 tablespoon of oil and knead it into a sturdy dough Now make it into small balls and draw tic tac toe or any such design on it with fork/knife Make sure that you press hard so that it doesn?t float in oil.
